Touloumisio Cheese
Touloumisio cheese is a traditional creamy cheese, which comes from the mountainous region of Kozani. It is produced from sheep and goat milk in much the same way as Feta, except that in the last stage, before it hardens, it is allowed to sour.Touloumisio is included in Probiotics products because it contains 16 lactic bacteria (dominated by E.faecium, L.plantarum and L.brevis) which are considered probiotics.
