Heat oil in the pot and sauté the meat until browned. Add an onion and some garlic. Season with salt and pepper and add a cup of hot water to bring the meat to a simmer. Add two tablespoons of Pitenis mustard, stir to thicken the sauce and serve garnished with French fries or rice.
