The sundried tomato is extremely versatile in its use. You can use it on pizzas, sandwiches, salads, cured meats, cold cuts, cheeses, and as a garnish on dishes. You can even enjoy it simply as a delicious snack, accompanied by cheese and cold cuts.Recipe: Lima beans with sundried tomatoesIngredients<• 250g white lima beans• 250g black lima beans• 1 handful of Pitenis sundried tomato• 1 onion• 70 ml olive oil• 150 g tomato juice• Salt, pepper PREPARATION Place the lima beans in a bowl with water and let them soak for 12 hours. Rinse them and boil them for 20 minutes. Put them in a baking pan, along with the oil, sundried tomato, tomato juice and two cups of water.
