Recipe: Ham rolls and Russian salad INGREDIENTS • 200 g Pitenis Russian salad• 1 cup of finely chopped white cabbage• 1 tablespoon of grated capers• 2 sprigs of celery, finely chopped• ½ diced sour apple• 1 pinch of yellow curry• 8 thin slices of ham PREPARATION In a bowl, mix the Russian salad with the cabbage, capers, celery, apple and curry. Place about 1 tablespoon of salad in the center of each slice of ham and make rolls. Serve with plenty of freshly ground pepper.Tips<If you don’t like pork ham, you can make the rolls with smoked beef thigh.
